Heartwarming Christmas Team Video
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I have a folder of raw smartphone clips of my colleagues singing, dancing, and pointing to the camera, recorded in the office as part of a Christmas team moment. The goal is to turn these clips into a short, festive, and heart-warming Christmas greeting that feels genuine and upbeat, with a touch of humour — but not over-the-top or silly.
The video is built around Mariah Carey’s “All I Want for Christmas Is You.” The footage was recorded while the song was playing between 00:54 and 01:44, and the final edit should sync as closely as possible to this section of the track.
As soon as the project is awarded, I need you to:
Ingest all footage and remove silence, false starts, and unusable takes
Stabilise where needed and colour-match clips so the video feels visually consistent
Remove all original audio and replace it with the clean song track
Edit the music so the video starts with the bells only, with vocals coming in naturally after
Assemble the strongest moments into a smooth, well-paced sequence using mostly clean cuts and soft fades, with very light animated transitions only where they add emphasis
The climax of the video should land on the final “you”, where everyone is pointing directly at the camera — representing DC Fine Chemicals, our customers, and our collaborators. Immediately after, the DC Fine Chemicals logo should appear.
For the ending, I’d like a light, self-ironic outro:
a short line acknowledging that no real talent was discovered (and that Mariah Carey did not show up), followed by a list of the employees who participated. This should then transition into a short selection of raw, unedited funny clips (bloopers), keeping the tone warm and human.
Timing is critical. A first cut should be delivered quickly after starting the project, followed by one short round of minor tweaks before final delivery.
Deliverables
• Final HD MP4 (roughly 1–2 minutes) ready for streaming and internal sharing
• Project file with all assets neatly organised for any later edits
Acceptance criteria
-Pacing feels natural, energetic, and cohesive
-Music is cleanly edited and well-synced to movement
-Smooth fade-in at the start and clean fade-out at the end
-Overall tone feels festive, grateful, and authentic
The footage is ready and the download link is available. If you can jump in immediately and deliver within 36 hours nthe final version , let’s bring this Christmas message to life.
