HOME Walkthrough Edit

I have a series of raw home-tour clips that need to be turned into a punchy, fast-paced showcase suitable for online listings and social media. The finished edit should keep viewers engaged while clearly calling out three key elements as they appear on screen: exact room dimensions, stand-out features (think custom cabinetry, high ceilings, smart-home tech), and a quick sense of the surrounding neighborhood. I do not want any background music—natural ambience and smooth transitions will carry the pace instead.

You’re free to use Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or comparable pro-grade software as long as the output is a clean 1080p (or higher) MP4 ready for MLS, Zillow, Instagram Reels, and YouTube. Color correction, basic stabilization, tasteful motion graphics for the onscreen text, and tight cutting to keep the energy up are essential. Please trim any dead air and be sure each scene flows logically from entryway through to outdoor shots.

Deliverables
• One master video (30-59seconds)
• A short vertical cut-down (≤30 seconds) for stories/reels
• Project file and any custom graphic assets
