Golf Storytelling Video Automation Template

PROJECT: Automated Video Story Template (One-Time Build)
Overview
We are building one reusable video template to automatically generate hundreds to thousands of long-form golf storytelling videos.
This is a one-time template creation project only.
We are not hiring for ongoing video editing.

Core Requirement (Non-Negotiable)
Once inputs are provided, the system must generate a finished video without manual editing per story.
If a human must touch each story, the project is not a fit.

Style & Tone (Critical)
Editorial storytelling, not commercial
Calm narration (audio provided)
Visuals support the story and never interrupt it
No hype, no ads, no narrated branding
Hard rule:
“These stories must not feel like commercials.”

Inputs the Template Must Support
Required
Narration audio (MP3/WAV, ~2–4 minutes)
Story title + subtitle
3–5 still images
Optional (must be supported gracefully)
One golfer-provided HIO video (≤60 seconds, vertical primary)
May already include shot tracer
1–3 brief silent visual inserts (1–2 seconds each), used only when provided:
Examples: club at impact, ball dropping into hole, beer brand at celebration
No narration, no text, no CTA
Not used in all stories
If optional inputs are missing, the video must still render correctly.

Video Behavior Rules
Narration continues while images or video play
No talking-head or lip-sync required
No trimming or enhancing golfer video
Template must never add ads or sponsor callouts

Technical Approach
We are open to your recommended tools if they support automation, such as:
After Effects templates with scripting
Premiere / Resolve automation
FFmpeg or JSON-driven rendering
We are not looking for custom animation or per-story creative decisions.

Editable project files
Short documentation explaining:

how rendering is triggered

No per-video fees
No ongoing work
