What you'll do


Edit raw interview footage into a clear, credible testimonial (documentary style, not ad style)
Find the strongest story/soundbites within the interview
Deliver an organized Premiere Pro project file on deadline


Requirements


Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
Experience editing interviews, podcasts, or testimonial-style content
Strong editorial judgment on which soundbites matter
Reliable internet, able to handle large file transfers

Captions/SRT workflow experience
Comfort using AI tools to speed up editing
