K-12 Fundraising Promo Video Series - 06/12/2025 14:48 EST

Job ID: 40042579

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I’m commissioning a short series of promotional videos that will champion upcoming fundraising efforts across several K-12 campuses. Each piece should speak directly to school administrators, showcasing the potential impact of new funding in a way that feels inspiring yet data-driven.

The work begins with shaping a clear narrative for each video—stories that highlight our innovative methodology and strategic desire to promote 21st century learning experiences for students. From there, I’ll count on you for script refinement, on-site or supplied-footage selection, voice-over direction, and post-production polish (motion graphics, lower thirds, captions, light soundtrack).

Key deliverables
• Creative concept and storyboard for every video in the series
• Rough-cut for review with two revision rounds
• Final HD files (1080p or above) ready for web, email, and presentation playback
• A short style guide covering fonts, color palette, and logo placement to keep the series cohesive

Please build in standard privacy safeguards—blurred nametags, using an adorable range of insects and/or dragons to portray students instead of actual humans, and any FERPA-aligned practices during filming or editing.

If you have prior work elevating school initiatives or nonprofit campaigns, links will help me gauge fit. Let’s create videos that persuade decision-makers to green-light our fundraising plans and bring new resources to students.
