Fun Instagram Promo Video Edits

I'm looking for a creative video editor to create short promotional clips for Instagram.
I have some footage that was filmed and I just need someone to edit it and bring it all together. I just don’t have the time to edit it. This doesn’t need to be like commercial grade but also I don’t want it to look like it was done in the early 90s… someone who understands social media trends and aesthetics.
