Full-Time Video Editor for Daily Social Media Content (YouTube, TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
We are hiring a FULL-TIME video editor to join a fast-growing content team producing daily videos across:
• TikTok
• Instagram Reels
• YouTube Shorts
• YouTube Long-Form
• Facebook
We post 3–5 pieces of content per day, and we are looking for a highly reliable, fast, consistent editor who thrives in a high-volume environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Short-Form Editing (Main Focus)
• Cut 2–3 short videos per day (15–60 seconds)
• Create highly engaging pacing (jump cuts, zooms, motion)
• Add captions/subtitles (Bold, MrBeast-style or clean style)
• Add sound effects & music when needed
• Deliver both 9:16 and 1:1 formats when required
Long-Form Editing
• Edit 1–2 long YouTube videos per week (8–20 min)
• Build story structure from raw footage
• Add transitions, graphics, and captions as needed
Brand Consistency
• Follow our editing style/example references
• Maintain high-energy tone for fitness/lifestyle content
• Ensure clean, modern visuals
Reliability
• Must deliver daily
• Must be responsive during working hours
• Must meet weekly output goals
• Must accept feedback and iterate quickly

REQUIREMENTS
• 2+ years experience editing for social media
• MUST be able to edit both short-form and long-form
• Strong understanding of TikTok/Shorts pacing
• Experienced in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci
• Ability to turn raw gym footage into strong edits
• Fast turnaround (24 hours max)
• Strong communication
• Stable internet connection
• MUST be available 6 days/week
