Full-Time Video Editor

We are expanding the post-production team at DBN Production and need a dedicated editor who can take raw footage from our shoots and turn it into eye-catching production videos. The work ranges from polished deliverables for brands to punchy cuts destined for social, so agility and a fast-paced, dynamic style are essential.

Here’s what day-to-day looks like:
• Ingest, organise and back-up multi-camera footage.
• Craft tight narratives with energetic pacing, sharp cuts and on-beat transitions.
• Layer in motion graphics, simple VFX, colour grading and balanced audio.
• Export platform-optimised masters and quick social teasers.

We work mainly in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; if you’re equally at home in DaVinci Resolve or similar, all the better. You’ll be collaborating closely with the directors and content team, so strong communication and the ability to turn around revisions quickly is vital.

This is a full-time role based in Dubai with a monthly salary of AED 3,000–4,000. To move forward, send a link to past work that best shows your fast, energetic editing approach. No need for long proposals—your reel will do most of the talking.
