Full-Time Talkshow Interview Editor
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I run an ongoing talk-show that revolves around one-on-one interviews, and I’m ready to bring a full-time video editor onto the team. Every episode needs to feel polished yet natural, with smooth, seamless transitions that keep the conversation flowing without jarring cuts or visual distractions.
Here’s what the job will look like day to day:
• Receive raw interview footage (usually two cameras plus separate audio), organise the media, and sync everything quickly.
• Trim dead space, tighten pacing while preserving the guest’s cadence, and weave in lower-thirds, logos, and occasional B-roll where it truly adds value.
• Apply clean colour correction and balanced audio so the final export looks consistent across the series.
• Deliver the finished 1080p or 4K master file, plus any requested social clips, as soon as each recording wraps—turnaround is critical because we publish ASAP.
Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve are fine by me as long as the end result meets these acceptance criteria: smooth transitions, broadcast-ready colour and sound, and a final file that drops straight into our CMS without extra tweaks.
