Full-Time Short Video Editor

I’m looking for a dedicated video editor who can take my raw clips (usually 2–3 minutes long) and turn them into tight, engaging pieces under one minute—often around the 20-second mark. Every final cut should feature:

• Clean, seamless edits that remove dead space and tighten pacing
• Balanced audio, noise reduction, and tasteful sound enhancements
• Consistent colour correction and grading that matches our style
• Burnt-in subtitles in clear, readable fonts
• Supporting graphics or still images when they add value

All finished videos must be delivered in MP4 format, optimised for social platforms.

This is a full-time, work-from-home role. I’ll supply a steady stream of footage; you deliver polished outputs on an agreed schedule. When you apply, tell me about your relevant experience and the editing tools you’re most comfortable with—Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or others.
