Full-Service Faceless YouTube Editor
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m building an anonymous, documentary-style personal-brand channel and want to stay completely behind the camera. You’ll receive raw, unedited clips of my daily life and turn them into polished, story-driven videos that hold attention from hook to outro.
Here’s the flow I’m aiming for: a longer weekly episode (10-20 min) plus several short cut-downs repurposed as Shorts, TikToks, and Reels. The tone should feel authentic and motivational without straying into hype—think subtle retention editing, clean pacing, and a cinematic yet natural finish. All faces and identifying details must be blurred, and my voice needs a light but believable pitch shift so viewers never recognise me. Dynamic subtitles and on-brand motion graphics are essential to keep the watch-time up, and eye-catching thumbnails should invite the click while fitting an overall visual identity you’ll help define.
Typical deliverables per week:
• One fully edited long-form YouTube episode (colour grade, sound mix, voice modification, motion graphics, royalty-free music)
• Three to five vertical Shorts/Reels/TikToks cut from that episode with hard-coded captions
• One custom thumbnail plus any supporting graphics for community posts or end screens
• Project files (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve—whatever you prefer) neatly organised for future tweaks
Tool choice is yours—as long as you’re fluent in mainstream suites like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop or the DaVinci ecosystem—and you understand storytelling principles such as hook-building, pacing, pattern interruption, and call-back editing.
To be considered, please link me to:
• Faceless or identity-protected edits you’ve done
• Documentary/personal-journey pieces showing narrative chops
• Shorts/Reels examples that maintained high retention
• Thumbnails or channel branding you’ve designed
I’m looking for someone who wants a long-term partnership, growing with the channel and fine-tuning the style week after week. If you love shaping stories in the edit bay while keeping creators anonymous, let’s chat.
Pay will increase with growth.
