Freelance Instagram Reels Editor Wanted (Startup Project) preferably female

I'm looking for a creative and detail-oriented freelance reel editor to craft engaging, fast-paced, and visually appealing Instagram Reels for a fashion/lifestyle page.

This is for a passion-driven startup, so while the budget is limited at the moment, there’s scope for regular, ongoing work and creative freedom for the right collaborator.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit 30–60 second vertical Reels (9:16) in Full HD (1080x1920)

Deliver 4 reels per week based on raw footage provided

Add captions, emojis, and subtle text animations to enhance engagement

Ensure smooth transitions, beat cuts, and sync with trending audio

Share both final mp4s and editable project files for each reel

Ideal Skills & Experience:

Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut Pro, etc.)

A good sense of rhythm, pacing, and storytelling

Experience with fashion or aesthetic-led content preferred

Familiarity with Instagram trends, music, and visual styles

Reliable, responsive, and open to feedback
