Video Editor Needed — Fraternity Rush Recruitment Video
Description:
We're looking for a skilled video editor to create a high-energy, professional fraternity recruitment video. This video will be a key recruitment tool used across social media and rush events to attract prospective members.
What we need:
- A polished 2-3 minute recruitment video edited from provided footage/photos (brothers, events, campus life, philanthropy, professional development activities)
- Dynamic pacing with strong hooks
- Licensed/royalty-free music with clean audio mixing
- Color grading and stylistic consistency throughout
- Export in formats optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and general playback (1080x1920 vertical + 16:9 horizontal versions)
Nice to have:
- Experience with bold, stylized aesthetics (we're open to a specific visual theme/vibe — happy to share direction, e.g. a cinematic or retro-inspired look)
- Motion graphics or kinetic typography experience
- Quick turnaround availability given rush timeline constraints
Deliverables:
