Food Reel Editing: 30-Second Transformations

I have a collection of long-form food videos that need to be distilled into punchy, 30-second reels. I’m after a fast-paced, energetic feel that immediately hooks viewers and keeps them watching to the very last frame. Snappy cuts, eye-catching transitions and rhythmic pacing are key.

Each reel must feature:
• Clear, on-brand text overlays that highlight the dish, key ingredients or a quick tip.
• Royalty-free music and complementary sound effects synced tightly to the visuals.

I’ll supply the raw footage, brand colours and any existing style references. You’ll handle everything from selecting the standout moments to colour correction, audio mixing and final export ready for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts (1080 × 1920, H.264).

Deliverables for every finished reel:
1. One 30-second vertical video (mp4).
2. A separate version without text, in case captions change.
3. Project file (Premiere Pro or Final Cut) for future tweaks.
