Flashy Meta Ads Video Editor

I have raw product clips, UGC snippets and testimonial recordings that need to be turned into short-form Meta ads. Every finished piece has to land at a tight 30 seconds and follow an engaging, flashy style that stops the scroll within the first second.

The cut should race through the main product highlights, weave in at least one quick customer testimonial for social proof, and close on a clear, punchy call-to-action. Bright motion graphics, bold on-screen text, rapid transitions and sound effects that match the beat are what I’m after.

Footage is supplied in 1080p; please return the final ad in 1920×1080 and 1080×1920 (vertical) MP4, ready for Ads Manager. Feel free to use Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or any tool you prefer as long as the output is crisp and the project file comes along for any tweaks.

Deliverables for each ad:
• 30-second master in both horizontal and vertical ratios
• Source project file with all assets linked
• One thumbnail/frame I can reuse for the campaign creative
