About the role

Build and scale a personal creator page across Instagram and YouTube through high-quality shoots and fast, trend-aligned edits. Salary negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute outdoor and indoor shoots using DSLR
• Shoot Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form videos
• Edit Reels/Shorts and long videos with beat sync, captions/subtitles, color, sound clean-up
• Shoot photo content for posts, stories, and thumbnails
• Design click-worthy YouTube thumbnails
• Deliver upload-ready exports in 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9
• Manage media, backups, and basic project files
• Coordinate content calendar and deliver on tight turnarounds

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Proven experience in Instagram and YouTube content creation
• Strong skills in Premiere Pro or CapCut; Photoshop/Lightroom for thumbnails and stills
• Confident with DSLR, basic lighting, and audio
• Portfolio with recent work links
• Reliable 24–48 hour turnaround on short-form edits

Nice to have

• After Effects or motion graphics templates
• YouTube SEO basics, hook writing, and titles

Equipment

DSLR available in office; lights and audio as needed.
