Fast-Paced YouTube Editor Partnership
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I run a growing entertainment channel that pushes out both daily shorts and weekly long-form videos, and the pace is only getting faster. I’m looking for editors who thrive on quick cuts, punchy pacing, and that addictive hook-within-the-first-seconds energy viewers expect on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Here’s the deal: for now your compensation is a percentage of the ad or brand revenue generated by the videos you edit. As the channel scales, that arrangement will shift into steady, fixed pay—my goal is to bring the right people with me for the long haul rather than bounce from freelancer to freelancer.
You’d be handling raw footage, sound, motion graphics, memes, and the occasional subtitle burn-in, then delivering polished 60-second vertical shorts and 8-15-minute horizontal episodes. If you’re comfortable in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or DaVinci (use whatever lets you move quickest), you’ll fit right in.
Sound like your tempo? Drop a link to your portfolio or recent edits that show your best fast-paced, entertainment-focused work, and I’ll circle back with more specifics on revenue splits, brand guidelines, and the upcoming content calendar.
