Fast-Paced Heli-Ski Video Edit

I'm looking for a skilled video editor to create a 15-20 minute video, of a heli-skiing trip. The final video should include clips from the skiing, riding in the helicopter and other moments/interactions from the trip. The purpose of the video is a souvenir as it is a once in a lifetime holiday. I have put the budget as £20-£250 but I could potentially go higher.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
- Experience with action sports footage
- Ability to create dynamic, engaging edits
- Knowledge of suitable high-energy background music to enhance the video
