Family Violence Court Case Video Report

Job ID: 40464640

Budget: $250 – $750 AUD

I am the protected party in an interim family-violence intervention order matter currently listed at Wyndham Magistrates’ Court and I would like a concise, respectful news-segment style video report produced about the case. The piece should balance two angles: first, the human element—how the allegations and the court process affect my everyday life—and second, verified procedural updates as the matter progresses.

Everything must be filmed outside court premises and in full compliance with Victorian laws on reporting active proceedings and protected‐person privacy. I am not looking for confrontation; sensitivity and professional distance are essential. Once we agree on terms I can share the originating application, interim order and any publicly available filings so that facts are presented accurately.

Deliverables
• A 3–5 minute polished news-segment video (broadcast-ready, 1080p minimum)
• Separate clean audio and b-roll files for future re-edits
• On-screen captions and lower-thirds identifying roles without revealing protected details
• A brief written rundown outlining verified legal milestones referenced in the piece

Acceptance criteria
• Factual statements match supplied documents or on-record court information
• No footage on court property or of the respondent
• My identity concealed or revealed only to the degree agreed in writing beforehand
• Tone remains objective, avoiding sensationalism or harassment

Preferred tools include Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve for editing, though I am open to equivalent professional software if you already have an established workflow. If you have experience covering sensitive legal stories or family-violence matters, please highlight it when you respond.
