About the Channel

We run a faceless YouTube channel that creates high-quality motivational and historical storytelling content from around the world. The videos are designed to be emotionally engaging, cinematic, and optimized for high audience retention.

Responsibilities
• Edit long-form YouTube videos (approximately 8–12 minutes each)
• Create YouTube Shorts (2 shorts per long video)
• Source and integrate relevant stock footage for motivational and historical themes
• Add smooth transitions, engaging pacing, and cinematic effects
• Create text animations, captions, and visual highlights
• Add suitable background music and sound effects
• Sync visuals accurately with AI-generated voiceovers
• Maintain consistent visual style and storytelling flow
• Optimize videos for viewer retention and engagement
• Deliver content on time according to the agreed schedule

Requirements
• Proven experience in editing faceless YouTube videos
• Strong storytelling and visual sequencing skills
• Proficiency in at least one professional video editing software:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• DaVinci Resolve
• Final Cut Pro
• Experience using stock footage platforms such as Pexels, Pixabay, Mixkit, or similar
• Understanding of YouTube content formats, especially Shorts
• Ability to work independently and suggest creative improvements
