Expert Video Editor Needed – 4 High-End Conference Highlight Reels (Fast Turnaround)

We are looking for a highly skilled video editor to produce 4 premium conference highlight reels (each 30–45 seconds).
We have a large library of 4K B-roll footage from a major international conference and need someone who can turn it into clean, cinematic, high-energy social media content.
This is not a basic editing job — we want someone who understands pacing, music syncing, and how to create a polished, professional feel.
Scope of Work:
Create 4 highlight videos (30–45 seconds each)
Use provided 4K conference footage (B-roll, crowd shots, speakers, networking, etc.)
Sync cuts to music for strong pacing and energy
Add light motion graphics (titles, subtle overlays if needed)
Color grade for a clean, premium look
Deliver formats optimized for:
LinkedIn
Instagram
YouTube Shorts (optional vertical cuts if possible)
Style Reference:
Looking for cinematic, fast-paced, modern conference/event style — not cheesy, not template-heavy.
Requirements:
Proven experience with event highlight reels
Strong portfolio (must include similar work)
Ability to work with 4K footage smoothly
Strong sense of music timing and storytelling
Quick communication
