Experienced Video Editor Needed for YouTube Compilation Channel

Hi,
I'm growing a YouTube channel focused on viral compilation videos (celebrity lookalikes, funny moments, scandals, transformations, top 10s, etc.).
I need a reliable, fast and creative video editor for long-form videos (10–18 minutes) and YouTube Shorts.
What you will do:

Turn raw clips into highly engaging compilation videos
Add smooth transitions, zoom effects, sound effects and copyright-free background music
Create big, bold subtitles with perfect timing (English or other languages)
Improve pacing for high viewer retention (strong hooks, reactions, dramatic moments)
Basic color correction and audio cleanup
Deliver videos in 1080p (or 4K when needed), ready to upload

Requirements:

Strong skills in CapCut (mandatory) and/or Premiere Pro
Experience editing YouTube compilation / entertainment / gossip / viral videos is a big plus
Fast turnaround: 1–3 videos per week (we can start with 1–2 test videos)
Good sense of trending YouTube style (fast cuts, dramatic effects, click-worthy pacing)
Reliable communication (WhatsApp/Telegram + email)

Payment:
Starting at $5 – $10 per video (10–15 min) depending on quality and speed
