Experienced Documentary Editor Required
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m producing a long-running, narrative-driven documentary series that needs a steady, detail-oriented editor. The content leans serious in tone and each month I shoot enough material for six main episodes, averaging 7–8 minutes a piece, plus a handful of 25–40 second shorts cut from the same footage.
What I need from you
• Assemble, trim and pace the story in a clean narrative flow
• Colour-grade, balance audio, add lower-thirds and minimal motion graphics
• Deliver a broadcast-ready 1080p (Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve project + final export)
• Export shorts formatted for social media alongside each episode
Compensation & cadence
• ₹200 per minute for the main films (≈₹1,400–₹1,600 each)
• ₹200 flat for every short clip
• 6long videos + 6 shorts full episodes every month, with room to grow and an agreed-upon rate increase once we’re in a groove
