Erase Intro Text From MP4

I have a single MP4. All I need is for the text titles to disappear completely; please do not replace them with anything—just leave the underlying footage clean and blank.
Keep the original video quality, resolution, and audio intact. Once finished, send the edited MP4 back to me in the same format so I can drop it straight into my project timeline.
It’s a straightforward job, so if you’re comfortable trimming or masking text in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or any comparable editor, this should take very little time.
