Enhance Blurry Footage to HD
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
My source video is noticeably blurry and soft, and I need an editor who can pull the maximum clarity from it without making anyone look plastic or over-filtered. The overall video quality is my main focus, so please plan to tackle everything that feeds into that: sharpening, noise and blur reduction, balanced lighting, cleaner skin tones, and better definition in the background.
I will supply the original file in its current resolution. Your job is to return a visibly sharper, cleaner HD version that still feels natural—faces must retain authentic texture and the scene should not scream “AI.”
Deliverable
• One high-quality HD export (same length and frame rate as the original) in a widely supported codec such as H.264 or ProRes.
Acceptance check
• Faces and surroundings are clearly more detailed.
• No artificial halos, banding, or plastic skin.
• Noise is substantially reduced, with lighting levels evened out.
