Engaging School Event Reel Editor

I'm seeking a creative and reliable video editor to craft short reels (15–60 seconds) for school events, classroom highlights, and cultural programs. These will be posted on Instagram, so they need to be engaging, fast-paced, and emotion-driven.

What I Expect:
- Professional use of transitions, text, and effects (but not overdone)
- Basic color correction and audio sync
- School-friendly tone (positive, inspiring, energetic)
- Fast turnaround (1–2 days max per reel)
- Vertical format (1080x1920)

Content I'll Provide:
- Raw video clips (from phone or camera)
- Event details and theme
- School logo or branding assets

Preferred Tools:
- Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / CapCut / VN / DaVinci Resolve

Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in editing reels or school-related content
- Understands Instagram trends and how to make reels go viral
- Can edit 50–60 reels per month (ongoing work)
- Ability to work with provided references
