Energetic Reels Video Editing

I have a batch of short-form clips that need to be transformed into fast-paced, scroll-stopping reels designed purely for social media engagement. Every cut has to feel lively and punchy, matching an energetic, upbeat tone from start to finish.
The workflow must stay inside Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects so I can easily review and tweak layered projects later. Expect heavy use of rhythmic jump cuts, on-beat transitions, kinetic text, animated stickers, and subtle motion graphics that carry the viewer through 15–60 second vertical edits. Color, audio sweetening, and aspect-ratio formatting for Instagram Reels and TikTok are essential.
Please deliver:
• Final 1080 × 1920 H.264 or ProRes files ready for upload
• The .prproj and .aep source files with all linked assets
