Energetic Realtor YouTube Shorts Editing

Each week I shoot 2-3 talking-head clips about local listings and market tips. I’ll hand you the raw footage and count on you to turn every take into a 30-60 second short that feels fun and energetic, not stiff or corporate.

What I need on every edit
• Music and sound effects that fit the real-estate theme and current YouTube Shorts trends
• Bold text and quick animation overlays to highlight key facts, prices, or calls-to-action
• Clean color correction and filters so my office or on-site footage looks bright and consistent

I’m happy with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut or any workflow you prefer, as long as the final file is ready for direct upload to YouTube in vertical 9:16, 1080×1920.

Delivery rhythm: two to three shorts per week, with a fast but realistic turnaround we’ll agree on together. I’ll provide branding assets when relevant, but feel free to suggest creative touches that keep viewers watching to the end.
