Energetic Event Recap Video
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have full-length recordings of our recent event and now need a tight, 2-to-5-minute promo that captures its best moments for the general public. The edit should feel fast-paced and fun—think punchy music, dynamic transitions and a rhythm that keeps viewers glued until the last frame.
You will receive the original long-form footage along with any logos, title cards and brand colours. From there I’d like you to:
• Select the strongest clips that tell the whole story in a concise way
• Add upbeat, royalty-free music and natural-sounding crowd ambience where it helps the energy
• Insert brief lower-thirds or on-screen text to identify speakers or key stats
• Finish with a simple call-to-action slate
Please handle colour correction, audio levelling and basic motion graphics in your editor of choice—Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve are all fine as long as the final export is smooth.
Deliverables
• Master file in 1080p (H.264 .mp4) ready for YouTube, Facebook and Instagram
• A square or vertical cut is a bonus if it can be done inside the same timeline
I’ll provide feedback on a first draft; after revisions, we’re done. Looking forward to seeing how you turn the raw footage into an energetic highlight reel that leaves viewers wanting more.
