End-to-End Video Content Manager
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
Our in-house team produces a steady stream of educational videos and I’m ready to hand the entire content pipeline—from initial idea to performance report—to a reliable specialist.
Here’s the flow you’ll step into:
• Research & Ideation
You’ll dig into our brand voice, audience pain points, and trending topics, then pitch concise outlines that I can approve quickly.
• Filming Support
We schedule one-on-one recording sessions (remote). Your role is to prep run-downs, manage the shoot, and make sure audio, lighting, and framing are on point so I can focus on presenting.
• Post-Production
All raw footage must be organised logically and edited into finished assets: long-form YouTube episodes (16:9) plus cut-downs for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube Shorts (9:16). Clean graphics, captions, and royalty-free music are essential. Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut are all fine as long as you deliver high-quality, polished files.
• Publishing & Optimisation
You’ll upload, write platform-specific titles, descriptions, hashtags, thumbnails, schedule releases, and ensure each piece follows best practices for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Analytics & Reporting
Consolidate metrics from YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics and Google Analytics into one weekly dashboard. Highlight wins, drop-offs, and actionable next steps.
Key deliverables for every cycle:
- Approved content calendar for the upcoming week
- Organised raw footage folder
- Final edits for each target platform
- Scheduled posts with all metadata complete
- One-page performance report by Friday
Consistency is everything here. If you can keep the machine humming while raising our production value, let’s talk about timelines and your preferred workflow.
