I’m putting together a personal farewell video and need someone who can turn a folder of short phone clips and photos into an emotional, heartfelt montage. The tone I’m after is warm, genuine, and a little nostalgic—nothing flashy, just sincere storytelling that lets the memories speak for themselves.
Here’s what I already have:
• Raw footage and photos organised by date
• A shortlist of favourite songs (licence-free or I’ll supply proof of licence)
• A rough script with on-screen captions and quotes I’d like to weave in
What I need from you:
• Seamless editing that respects the chronological flow
• Gentle transitions, colour correction, and light motion graphics for names, dates or quotes
• Subtle background music mixed so dialogue remains clear
• Final video delivered in 1080p MP4 plus an editable project file (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve—use whichever you’re most comfortable with)
Acceptance criteria:
1. Runtime stays within 3–5 minutes.
2. Audio levels are balanced, with no sudden volume jumps.
3. All supplied clips and photos appear at least once.
4. First draft returned within five days for feedback; final cut within three days of receiving notes.
