I’m putting together a small in-house post-production team and need a full-time video editor who can take raw wedding footage and shape it into polished, 1–2-minute highlight trailers. Every reel must feel elegant and classic—think timeless color palettes, graceful pacing, and music that enhances the romance without overpowering it.
Here’s what you’ll handle day to day: selecting the best moments, weaving them into a cohesive story, applying tasteful color grading, refining audio, and exporting in formats ready for social media and client download. I generally work in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve, so being comfortable in those (or Final Cut with easy project hand-off) is important.
The first batch of trailers needs to be completed within a month, and after that the role continues on a rolling schedule as new weddings come in. If you excel at subtle transitions, clean edits, and delivering work on time, I’d love to see a link to a portfolio piece that showcases an elegant, classic style.
