The finished piece should be delivered in high-quality MP4 (1080p or 4K) and feel cohesive from first frame to last, with clean audio and a gentle soundtrack that never overpowers the visuals.
Acceptance criteria
• Final runtime: roughly 2–4 minutes, focused on the event’s strongest moments
• One review draft provided for feedback before final export
• Color, audio, and titles polished; no stray frames or abrupt cuts
• Source project files and any used assets included on delivery (for future tweaks)
