Educational YouTube Editor Collaboration

I produce long-form, educational videos and I’m looking for a partner who can take the raw footage off my hands and return a polished episode with minimal fuss. Your main task is straightforward: apply clean, consistent cuts and simple transitions so the lesson flows smoothly from start to finish.

I record on a set schedule, so reliability and a quick turnaround are more important to me than flashy motion graphics. If you work in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or a comparable NLE and can keep audio levels balanced and jump-cuts tidy, we’ll get along well.

Although editing is the priority, I’m happy to bounce around thumbnail ideas and overall content tweaks while we work—collaboration makes the channel stronger. Communication will happen over shared drives and a weekly call so we stay in sync.

Deliverables for each episode
• One fully edited video in 1080p or higher
• The editable project file (so I can tweak if needed)
• (Optional but appreciated) a single compelling thumbnail
