Educational Radio Clips Creation

Hi,
I am currently working on enhancing my brand through Social Media Marketing.
I am trying to post content through my social media that is both Educational and Entertaining.
I have a number of Ideas and Strategies that I intend on implementing, and am looking for a Video Editor that is Capable in producing both Short Form (30-90 Seconds) and Long Form (90-180 Seconds) content, to bring those ideas to life.
I am relatively new to the space and am all about giving opportunities to Genuine, Authentic people who are Dedicated and maybe even Obsessive in their pursuit of excellence in their Craft (Editing in this case).
I realise that in the dot points below, I have stated a preference for people who already have experience with content creation.
But I want to assure you that I am far more invested in who a person actually is and their actual capabilities and traits, compared to what their reputation may suggest.
In other words, I am willing to give anyone a chance if they have the right Attitude and Values, so even if you are new to working in Video Editing I would love to be the one to give you an opportunity so we can grow together!
