Educational Personal Stories Documentary Editor

Job ID: 40287457

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I’m assembling an educational documentary built around a series of compelling personal stories and I’m ready for a skilled video editor to bring the material to life. The raw assets include interview sessions—multi-camera with separate audio tracks—and a trove of archival footage that needs thoughtful integration.

Your task is to craft a clean narrative arc, polish pacing, weave in the historical clips where they add context, and keep the overall tone informative rather than purely emotional or dramatic. Lower-thirds, simple motion graphics for dates or names, and tasteful sound design will all help the viewer follow along without distraction.

You’re welcome to work in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro—whichever lets you manage multicam sequences, color-match the newly shot interviews to the older material, and handle light noise reduction on some of the archival audio.

Deliverables
• Rough cut for structural approval
• Fine cut with color, audio, and graphics locked
• Final export in 4K ProRes plus a 1080p H.264 web version

I’ll provide a detailed paper edit, time-coded transcripts, and reference documentaries that capture the educational tone I’m after. Once you’ve reviewed the footage, we can agree on a clear revision schedule so everything stays on track. If you love shaping real stories into clear, engaging learning experiences, let’s get started.
