Educational Instagram & YouTube Video Editing
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I create bite-sized educational content and need a sharp video editor who can turn my raw footage into engaging pieces ready for Instagram Reels and full-length YouTube uploads. My workflow is simple: I record talking-head segments, screen captures, and the occasional B-roll, then pass everything to you via Google Drive. From there, I’m counting on you to trim the fluff, tighten pacing, colour-grade, add captions, light motion graphics, and deliver two formats—vertical (1080 × 1920) for Instagram and horizontal (1920 × 1080) for YouTube—each with crisp audio and on-brand lower thirds.
I’m comfortable if you work in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or any comparable suite; what matters is a polished, professional look that keeps viewers watching and makes the educational points clear. Turnaround time is important to me, so let me know how quickly you can complete an edit once footage is provided.
Deliverables for each video:
• Edited Instagram Reel (MP4, 1080 × 1920) ready to upload
• Edited YouTube version (MP4, 1920 × 1080) with thumbnail frame marked
• Project file or timeline export so minor tweaks remain possible
If this sounds like your kind of project, show me a recent example that combines tight storytelling with clean motion graphics, and tell me your typical turnaround window.
