Our goal is to produce smooth, realistic property tours and short marketing clips that look like they were filmed on-site — even when working only from still images. You’ll use AI generation tools to simulate motion, depth, and light, and then finish the videos in an editor with text, music, and narration.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys blending creativity with cutting-edge AI tools to deliver professional results at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Transform property photos into smooth, realistic video tours
Add text overlays (address, price, key features, agent info)
Incorporate voiceovers or AI avatars for introductions
Edit in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
Deliver 30–90-second videos formatted for YouTube, Reels, and TikTok
Collaborate with Arclight’s creative team to maintain brand consistency
Tools You’ll Use
Sora 2, VEO, Runway, Pika, HeyGen, Midjourney, Adobe Premiere Pro
