Editor Needed for High-Impact Vertical Reels

I run a young marketing-led start-up and I'm looking for a reliable editor who can turn raw footage and ideas into 10-20 high-impact vertical reels each month. Every piece is aimed at driving sales, so the pacing must be quick, the messaging clear, and the visuals attention-grabbing.

You'll spend most of your time in After Effects and Premiere Pro. The work often calls for dropping OBJ-based 3D assets straight into After Effects, animating them to match the beat, and then shaping the final narrative in Premiere so the reel tells a tight story from hook to CТА.

Expect snappy jump-cuts, rhythmic text overlays, light motion graphics, and colour grades that pop on mobile.Because we're still small, the current monthly pay sits between 5-10 k, but it will grow in step with the brand; I'm committed to regular reviews and performance-based hikes. What I can already offer is a steady flow of briefs, creative freedom to experiment, and plenty of room to showcase your reels on live campaigns.

Deliverables each month

10-20 fully edited vertical reels (15-60 s, 1080 × 1920)

Source project files (AE + Pr) with neatly organised layers

Exported files in H.264 ready for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts
