Editor - IT Mobile
Budget: $50 – $0 USD
My studio releases trailers, short-form series, and interview segments that explore faith-centered themes, and I need a U.S.–based editor who can jump in on a project-by-project basis—usually 10-20 hours a week—to keep our pipeline moving. The material goes straight to streaming services, so every cut must feel cinematic yet platform-ready.
Here’s what the work looks like from week to week: trimming raw Riverside recordings into tight interview vignettes, crafting dynamic trailers that tease upcoming episodes, and polishing keynote-style decks or visual presentations that back our marketing pushes. I stay involved creatively, so expect close collaboration to shape narrative flow and pacing. Need to be proficient in video editing software.
Core requirements
• Expert-level proficiency with Riverside; comfort in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut is assumed , and other editing software
• U.S. residency (for scheduling and rights reasons)
• Portfolio links or sample reel submitted alongside your résumé—no interview without them
Nice-to-have strengths
Graphic design or art-direction chops, sharp storytelling instincts, and any familiarity with the Torah or New Testament will give you an edge because they streamline context and symbolism choices.
Deliverables for each assignment
• Final mastered video in 4K & 1080p, export settings matched to the target streamer
• Project files and organized assets returned in a clean folder structure
• Optional: thumbnail/key art and a concise promo deck when requested
Compensation sits in the $50–$60 USD per hour range, with exact rates and milestones agreed before each job begins. If this rhythm suits you, send over your résumé, availability, and three to five samples that best represent your editing voice. I review submissions as they arrive and line up paid test edits for shortlisted candidates.
