I create real estate educational content and now need a sharp editor to turn my raw vertical clips into polished YouTube Shorts.
The footage is already trimmed and prepared, so the focus is on tasteful tweaks rather than heavy reconstruction.
What I expect
• Clean, punchy cuts that keep the pace lively
• Bold, on-brand captions burned in (spelling and timing must be spot-on)
• Subtle motion graphics or call-outs when a concept needs emphasis
• Color correction and light grading so every frame feels consistent
Workflow
I’ll drop files in a shared Drive folder, note any key moments, and you return a 1080 × 1920 mp4 ready for immediate upload. Quick turnarounds (24–48 h) are ideal as I post several times per week.
Tools
Premiere Pro, Filmora, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro are all fine—as long as the final result looks professional and the captions remain editable for minor tweaks.
