Edit Dark Moody Music Shorts
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I have a new tracks dropping soon and I want to fuel its launch with a set of short-form videos (15–60 seconds each) built for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts. The goal is pure promotion: every cut, effect, and transition should pull viewers into the song and make them hit “follow” or “save.”
Aesthetically I’m after a dark, mystique cinematic mood—think low-key lighting, deep shadows, rich grain, and color grades that lean toward charcoal, teal, or crimson rather than neon saturation. Dynamic pacing is still crucial: quick beat-matched edits, glitch moments, and subtle movement so the piece feels alive without losing that brooding vibe.
Here’s how I see the workflow:
• I’ll supply the mastered track, any existing performance footage, and reference boards.
• You shape the concept, handle editing in Premiere Pro, Resolve, or a comparable NLE, and layer in textures, motion graphics, or light VFX where they elevate the story.
• Final exports need to be 9:16 (vertical) in 1080 × 1920, plus clean audio sync.
