Dynamic Real Estate Walkthrough Editing

I have a steady stream of property-walkthrough footage that needs to be transformed into eye-catching marketing pieces. The finished videos should feel dynamic and engaging—think quick pacing, smooth transitions, and a polished look that keeps viewers’ attention from the front door to the backyard.

Here’s what I’ll supply:
• Raw clips for each listing, plus any branding assets and floor-plan images.
• A brief on selling points to highlight in text callouts and voiceover.

What I expect back:
• A full edit (60–90 seconds unless otherwise noted) delivered in 1080p H.264, social-ready aspect ratios on request.
• Tasteful music and spot sound effects that match the energy of the home.
• On-screen text and simple animations to emphasise key features—square footage, upgraded appliances, neighbourhood perks, and so on.
• Clean voiceover integration; I can provide the read or you can source talent if that’s in your wheelhouse.
• Colour correction and basic audio mixing so it all feels cohesive.

I edit occasionally myself, so I’ll review your first cut at a timestamp level. Two revision rounds are included so we can fine-tune pacing, graphics, or audio before final delivery.

Preferred tools are Premiere Pro or Final Cut, but if you work in DaVinci Resolve that’s fine as long as the export meets the specs above. Consistency and quick turnaround (3–4 days per video) are key; if this first project clicks, you can expect ongoing work with similar requirements.
