Dynamic Conference Backdrop Presentation

I need a polished, professional-and-corporate presentation that will run continuously on the large LED wall behind our speakers throughout the conference. All photography will come from us; your task is to weave those images into a seamless visual story, complete with dynamic animations that hold the audience’s attention without distracting from the live presenters.

The content mix is already set: company milestones and achievements, product showcases, and brief speaker bios. Think of it as a rolling highlight reel—bold, confident, and on-brand—that can loop smoothly during breaks and while guests take their seats.

I’m open to the tool you favour (PowerPoint, Keynote, After Effects, or a rendered video file), as long as final output is 16:9 and plays flawlessly on a continuous loop.

Deliverables
• Final looping file ready for plug-and-play on our AV system
• Source file so we can make last-minute text swaps if needed
• A short hand-off note explaining any fonts, plug-ins, or playback settings

• Consistent professional-and-corporate look across every frame
