Dubai Summit Videography & Edits

I’m producing full coverage of the 1 Billion Summit in Dubai and need a videographer who can own the camera work for three consecutive days—8 hours each day—while turning around a polished edit before the next morning. My priority is the shooting itself, captured in a clean, documentary style that keeps viewers inside the energy of the conference.

Across the event we’ll need sweeping wide shots of the hall, crisp close-ups of every speaker, and authentic audience reactions that sell the atmosphere. You’ll work fast, under real-time pressure, so punctuality and a proven track record in conference or large-scale event coverage are non-negotiable. Commercial or promotional experience is a bonus because the final pieces will feed our marketing pipeline.

You’ll arrive with your own professional cinema-grade camera setup, lapel and shotgun mics, gimbal or stabiliser, and a laptop powerful enough for on-site edits (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve—your choice, as long as you hit the deadline). Each night I’ll need:
• A 60–90 second highlight reel ready to post
• Light-graded footage of key sessions, synced audio, and clean titles
• All raw clips backed up to my drive
