Documentary Wedding Video Editing
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have all of the raw footage from a wedding day and now need an editor who can shape it into a warm, documentary-style film. The narrative must spotlight four key moments—the ceremony, the reception, the first dance, and the getting ready shots of the bridal party—while still flowing naturally through the rest of the day.
I also have lavalier microphone audio from the day of that needs to be cut, normalized, and cleaned up to be used for sound design of the day of, with proper sound synchronization.
Music will be a mix: I’ll supply a few must-have tracks and rely on your taste for the remaining background pieces, so please be comfortable sourcing licensed songs that match the mood.
What I expect from the edit:
• A polished, story-driven film with clean color work, balanced audio, subtle transitions, and tasteful lower-thirds or titles where appropriate.
• One high-resolution master file ready for streaming and social sharing, plus the project file (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve—whatever you prefer) so we can revisit it later.
