We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented video editor to join our team in creating compelling documentary-style content. This role is ideal for someone who excels at storytelling through visuals and sound and can transform provided scripts and audio into engaging, high-quality videos without relying on face-to-camera footage.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit documentary-style videos using provided audio tracks and scripts.
Craft visually engaging narratives that align with our brand’s tone and storytelling approach.
Source and integrate relevant visuals (stock footage, b-roll, graphics, etc.) to enhance the story.
Collaborate with the team to understand creative direction, project scope, and deadlines.
Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently to meet project expectations.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining consistent quality and timeliness.
Use AI-generated pictures and videos.
Requirements:
Proven experience in video editing, preferably in documentary or narrative-driven formats.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative and technical guidelines.
Ability to work independently while maintaining clear and professional communication.
A portfolio demonstrating previous work in video editing (documentary style preferred).
