Documentary Showreel Video Editor Needed

Description:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented video editor to create a compelling documentary-style showreel (approx. 2–5 minutes) using existing footage. The final product should be polished, emotionally engaging, and showcase storytelling through visuals, sound, and pacing.
Scope of Work:
Edit raw footage into a cohesive, cinematic documentary reel
Add music, sound effects, transitions, and basic motion graphics if needed
Color correction and audio balancing for a professional finish
Collaborate on narrative structure and flow
Deliver versions suitable for social media and web platforms
What We Provide:
All raw footage (interviews, b-roll, etc.)
Basic direction or script for the reel
Logo and brand assets (if applicable)
Requirements:
Proven experience editing documentary or cinematic reels
Strong storytelling and pacing skills
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools
Ability to deliver high-quality work on time
Creative input is welcome and encouraged
Bonus Skills (Optional):
Motion graphics
Sound design
Experience with archival or historical footage
