Video Editor (Remote) – Geopolitics & Documentary Style

We are looking for a skilled Video Editor for a YouTube channel focused on Geopolitics, World Affairs, and Map Animation.

Responsibilities:

- Edit high-quality documentary-style videos.
- Create smooth map animations using After Effects or similar software.
- Use stock footage, news clips, satellite images, and graphics.
- Add cinematic transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, and background music.
- Sync the edit with the provided voice-over.
- Deliver engaging, professional-quality videos for YouTube.

Requirements:

- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Strong skills in motion graphics and map animation.
- Experience editing documentary or explainer videos.
- Ability to find and use copyright-safe stock footage.
- Good storytelling and pacing.
