I’m looking for an editor who can turn raw R&B/hip-hop footage into a polished music video that blends performance shots with a subtle narrative arc. The track itself sits in a dark, moody space, so the grade, pacing, and visual texture need to lean into that vibe—think low-key lighting, rich shadows, and a cinematic feel without losing the energy of the beat.
You’ll receive a folder of performance takes and story-driven clips, all shot in 4K. I don’t have reference videos to match frame-for-frame, which means you’ll have room to shape the aesthetic, pitch transitions, and suggest any light VFX or graphics that enhance the atmosphere. If you work inside Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or a similar professional suite, that’s perfect.
Deliverables I’ll need:
• Final 4K master (clean and with audio synced)
• Social-media ready cut-downs (60-sec and 15-sec)
• Project files neatly organised for future tweaks
